Adding a column/calculation - please help

Hi - trying to add a column and calculation to my cart but I am just not getting it.

Each of my products has an associated number of 'tickets' that come with it.

Product A has 2 tickets
Product B has 3 tickets

I have created a field in my products table called ProductTickets and populated the appropriate fields in the records.

I have opened my eCart object and created a new column called Tickets with an output type of Number

I have created a calculation called TotalTickets with the formula [Tickets], output type Number.

On my cart page I have included this to show the number of tickets in the cart:

Total Tickets:<?php echo $eCart1->TotalColumn("TotalTickets"); ?>

However the total always stays at 0. It should be 5 according to the sample up at the top of this post.

Any help or guidance would be really appreciated!

Thanks
