PS3 username and password don't work

PS3 username and password don't work

When I installed PowerStore3 I wrote down the username/password for the main administrator that I set up, and I also set up a second administrator.

Neither one of those user/passes work and I can't get into the program now. It's asking for an email/username and I don't recall setting an email--certainly not as a username!

I am not an experienced developer and my frustration level is spiraling off the charts!

If I have to delete the entire PowerStore directory and re-install from scratch, should I create a totally new database? (I have other issues that I can't seem to resolve, like having deleted the "message" area--but that's a separate ticket that I need to respond to, but can't until I can figure out how to log into the store admin).

Is there a way to recover my user/pass?
