You probably could accomplish this using DataAssist. But first you will need to update your database to have a column that is set to 1 when the user is logged in and set to 0 when the user is logged out. And when the user logs in, you will update that column to 1 and then you will that all user with that column set to 1 are online. And when they log out you can set it back to 0.
