No results for your search

I have set up a Powerstore site in a sub-directory on my domain so that I can modify it before transferring it to the client's domain, and I suspect this is the reason I'm having problems.

I've updated the WA_Globals and localhost.php and the site is connecting to the database ok. The index.php and the Admin area are working fine. I've uploaded lots of products and the index.php shows the product categories in the main menu.

But .... when I select any of the product categories in the menu the Products_Results.php page appears with the message ""no results for your search".

I've spent many many hours trying to fix this problem. Does anyone have any clues as to why this might be happening?
