HTML Editor links break when updating

I have the same problem

When I update the record the old link will brake.

Update 1
<html dir="ltr"><head><title></title></head><body>Tora <a target=""_blank"" href=""http://myweb2.co.uk"">ok</a> <a href="http://myweb.co.uk" target="_blank">now</a> </body></html>

Update 2

any idea on how to solve this problem?
