PowerStore 3 Known Issues (and solutions for them)

PowerStore 3.0.1 has two known issues. (Note this is NOT for the latest version - PowerStore 4. This only affects PowerStore 3 customers.) Not all will be affected by these issues, but if you are, you can visit the Download Center. Click on PowerStore 3; then click on the Known Issues section. Download the zip file of either issue that pertains to you and follow the instructions in the readme file to solve the issue.

The first addresses a problem where editing checkout functionality with eCart causes errors when the page is loaded. Using eCart to modify your PowerStore eCart object will overwrite the shipping rules, causing errors when the page is run in a browser.

The second addresses a problem where your hosting provider does not provide you with access privileges to create views in your mySQL database. You will need to update your PowerStore files with this fix PRIOR to running the Installation Wizard.
