UE 4: Form Info

Yes, I realise that, I changed in an attempt to get it working. I've changed it back to 'Post' now but still have no luck. The email is sending the required address but any content that was inputting into the name, email and message tables is omitted.

I guess one issue is this, the WebAssist folder is created in a folder one level above my root (which is not allowed by my Hosting provider) so I have to manually redirect the files to point to a folder within my root. Would this be causing issues?

One thing, in the mailformatting.php file it references connection and database folders, I can't see these anywhere within the WebAssist folder, should these be present and correct somewhere?
