Unable to begin install wizard

Unable to begin install wizard

I transferred the PowerStore 4 files to the server, but I get error messages when I try to start to the installation wizard by going to the index.php page. Firefox displays the following: "Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete." Chrome displays this:

"This webpage has a redirect loop.

The webpage has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer."

I had PowerStore 3 installed on this server, and it worked. I just tried installing a fresh copy of PowerStore 4 after moving the old PowerStore files and folders into an "archive" folder, but I'm still getting this message.

What could be going on here?
