Sculptor freezing DW CS5

I've gone through a few pages of the forum and looked at solutions offered to other users regarding the issue of DW getting stuck. I've included screen shots of the two error messages.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as disabling and re-enabling the extension - no luck. I can't locate the cache file to delete it as suggested in the support file. I also can't find the WA_sitepreferences.js file on my system at all so obviously I haven't been able to replace it. I've only recently brought the Mac (I'm a PC girl!) and Dreamweaver CS5 is so new that I haven't used it before today. Not sure if that makes a difference?

Any help would be appreciated :)
