A bit of help here

I purchased the contact form solutions pack. You need to bear with me as I work all day coding and I need to use this so I can add a contact form to an already designed html page in Dreamweaver CS5.

I need to insert the form inside a div tag I already have css for, your instructions explain how to incorporate this into a .dwt which does me no good.

I would have thought this would come with standard html file which you would be able to copy the contents into an existing or a css solution as well. So I guess I have to start from scratch. Do I need any other DW extensions for this?

I hope not.

Can someone give me instructions like I was a newbie on how to do this?
