We've been unable to track down exactly what happened to you. Could you please give us more details about the steps you took to make this happen?

The issue I am getting may also be because while I am on a live production server, I am not using my actual domain (as I am transferring the domain to a new host). So I am using the server name in combination with my username to view the site - so it could be creating an issue with resolving the domain correctly.
I am hoping to have that domain on the new server and then I will test again. If I have the problem again, I will let you know or we can get online and I will show you as it happens.
