Check box value not transferring

Hi. I have a lovely WAFB form being emailed using WAUE. Everything being emailed except three check box values.

I used the bindings panel to add the values to the UE page and they all work except the check boxes.

In the UI for editing the check boxes (called CSS Form Builder - List Values):

I've got 3 different "Item label" the same as 3 "Value" as that's what I want emailed. Should this be a numeric or other value?. There is no validation required (and it's not ticked).

The only other thing I can see that might causing the values not to be emailed is the Legend and Title are used in the form field "name" and "id" which in this case is over 80 characters. If that is too long, should I enter a shorter value in the CSS Form Builder edit and hand code something afterwards.

Or something else is the issue?

BTW, my help button won't open any help files in Google Chrome. Any ideas?
