IE9 Compatability Issues

I have created a number of templates for my web site which contain columns. With the new IE 9 (Beta) there is a strange behavior and wanted to know if that was a coding issue on your products part or a defect in IE 9.

If you go to e-janco.com/salary.htm the page and footer display correctly. If you go to browser.htm the footer apprears right after the header division until you move your mouse IMMEDIATELY to the right of the bowser & OS image on the page.

I have a lot of pages like that and would like to know if you have a solution.
