Universal Email 3.0.7 has quit working

I have a quote page that sends the quote information to the correct person. They are making an addition to the form which i n turn need to be made to the form that is generated by Universal Email. I am no longer getting the any information visible in the Design window of Dreamweaver CS4. All the information in in the codes section but it is place after the </body> tag. It becomes a template that I can't edit. I have created a new one and inserted the form and a table inside that with some of the cells filled in. I would then go to code and make sure the information was before thew closing </body> tag. When I would go to the design window none of the information can be seen. I don't want to up version 4 because I have 3 web sites that I have used Universal Email 3 on multiple pages each and it's my understanding it isn't an easy upgrade.
