Menu does not display on Server, local dreamweaver ok...

In the page you have linked to, I don't see a link to your menu.css. Also, you don't appear to have the CSSMenuWriter folder and files on your server (at least, not where I would expect to see them).

When you apply a CSSMenuWriter menu to a page, it will create the CSSMenuWriter folder and its contents in the root directory of your site, and insert the appropriate links (css and and include to the menu.php file) into your page(s). As your page is an .html page, there would be no include (the code is written directly to your html page), but the links would be placed in the head section.

I would remove the existing menu, run the extension again in either your template or the page you wish the menu to be applied to, and then upload the page and all of the folder/files generated by the extension.
