Transferring data base PowerStore 3 created

I went through the installation process to install Power-store 3 to my remote host. I used dream-weaver as my ftp. "Perfect" The Power-store installation setup my MySQL database I created on my remote host with all the tables and information_schema required. "Perfect" Now, I want to export the database from my remote host to import it on my pc localhost for testing in dream-weaver. "Problem"
I believe my first issue is with exporting the data base from my remote host phpMyAdmin.
I get some warning or error that looks like this...

(1 This value is interpreted using strftime, so you can use time formatting strings. Additionally the following transformations will happen: __SERVER__/ server name __DB__/ database name. Other text will be kept as is.)

I don't know what this means but when I try to import the .sql file that's created on my test
site only 3 of the data base tables is imported before it errors.

Please Help!!!
