Power Gallery modified

I need some advise. I am reading on how to change some of the galleries from your PDF "How to customize a PowerGallery Design".

I am having problems with it. I have the website on my local server and I have it working on a page. I can select the different themes and it's ok. No problems.

I want to modify them to make it a smaller main picture. I also need to remove the grid pictures. Basically, all I want is 5 main pictures that a customer can go fwd or in rev to see them.

But, back to the problem. When I follow the directions and copy the folder, I do get the option to pick the modified version. All I have done is change the title. Nothing else. I save it and upload it. The theme is selectable from the index.php startup page. I preview it, and it's ok (the modified one, and really no changes have been made).

I have the page calling up the pics and it's messed up. Nothing like the preview and nothing like the original one. I am changing the grid lightbox.

So what could I possible be doing wrong. Any ideas?

Mike
