PowerStore 4 Build 008 Available for WCE
Thrilled to announce that we have a beta version of PowerStore 4 ready for WCE beta testing. You can download the build at PowerStore_008.zip
PowerStore has activation now so you will need a serial number: use hPOHS-YRBMc-0yAiM-FojLQ. There are a limited amount of activations so please do not install on more than 2 machines. This serial number will work until PowerStore goes live.
Features new to Version 4 are:
- support for PayPal Standard
- PowerGallery and PowerCMS integrated
- ability to insert a photo gallery in a HTML Editor textarea
- google analytics
- new shipping options (per item, etc.)
- themes! -- with design editor
- catalog page design choice
- full or quick registration choice
- support for digital goods
- activation
Some cosmetic improvements include:
- grayscale admin (applicable to more companies)
- tabbed display for adding products in the admin
We are still in QA, but would like to start getting feedback now. Known issues and un-tested scenarios follow so you may want to skirt some of these areas until the next build:
- critical issues with digital goods
- migrating v3 site un-tested
- menus broken in IE7
- design editor issues in IE
- Paypal Standard not inserting order in database
- PayPal Express does not work when shipping is enabled
