from server name not set email address

I have set up a form and used UE to send the contents of the form to my cell phone via sms text and a cc to my home email. All works wonderfully except for one thing. The text message is picking up my server name instead of what I set as the from address in UE...the cc however is picking it up just fine.

for example..in UE set the "from:" to joe@whatever.com
cc email is showing the "joe@whatever.com", but the one sending to cell via sms is showing "From: blah@blphn4322.sh.secureserver.net"

Is there a fix for this ?

I know if i use my home email to sms text, it picks up my home address as the "From:" just fine
