Power Gallery loading Javascript or styles

Hi

I am having a fairly major problem with Power Gallery this is my issue

None of the themes work I get a similar issue regardless of what I do. I have tried to delete the solution and then upload it again but the same issue occurs.

I am not a developer just a mere designer so a plain English solution would be appreciated. I have developed a site for my client that will use this functionality to display pictures of holiday villas and have assured him that I can get this resolved so any help would be appreciated.
