Menu disappears when hovering in IE

I have just been testing a new menu and every time I test in IE7 or in Compatability mode in IE8, the sub menus disappear.
When you hover over the menu, you can see the sub items, but as you go to hover over them, they disappear. Any Ideas?

I have used this on aastra-telecom.uk.com as a test.

If you hover over 'Handsets' you will see the problem.

Any help would be great!
