Uploaded Site Assist Pro Page Error

Hi

Starting for the first time with a newly uploaded dynamic site, 'http://www.the-run-around.co.uk', the contactus page reads this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: validatedfield() in /homepages/42/d330208130/htdocs/contactus.php on line 139

I've checked google, no strings.
I've uploaded the wa_ecommerce_20091112 to my 1and1 host server.
I don't understand if the site directory needs to be connected to the database on the server?

I've checked the SiteAssist Pro forums and in one post, Jason Byrnes was able to fault diagnose just from the script, that is why I have added the above fatal error paragraph and the following line from DreamWeaver contactus page line 139:

if (ValidatedField('contactus','contactus')) {

Is the fatal error connected to the database on the server not being connected to the sites directory or is it just line 139?

New Info
Today I ran the contactus page on localhost because before the uploading to the server the contactus page pre-viewed with no error and now it pre-views on localhost with the same error.
