Where is the support reply?
I have been waiting for a reply on my original post. This was a timely question. I needed the software to work yesterday - it is of no use to me today. I consider this route of support to be very poor - to call your company costs an outrageous $49. What kind of support is this? The software is expensive - too expensive not to work and too expensive not to have support better than this. I will be asking for a refund.
