Installation Wizard Step 1- Diagnostics -Having an Issue

Installation Wizard Step 1- Diagnostics -Having an Issue

The Problem: When I go to the Installation Wizard, I can't get past step 1- Server Diagnostics.

The Error is with File Permissions. I get this error: "Files and directories cannot be created. Verify the powerstore directory has write permissions on your server."

However, when I log into my client's cpanel, and go into File Manager and check the directory I uploaded the files to, the Permissions for "user" are set to read, write, and execute.

What do I need to do to get past this? I did upload the 2 fixes that were mentioned. (I did not upload the Fix for errors from changing the store name.) Am I looking at the wrong thing in cpanel? If so, redirect me as needed.

Basically, What do I need to do to fix this?
