eCart SagePay problems

Hi

I have previously had a support ticket (# 115610) to try and fix a problem with eCart and SagePay. Unfortunately this was unsuccessful and my client went to another developer. He has since looked in to what code I had already (which was generated by eCart) and contacted me with this:

"i have set up another cart and done some testing, ecart is not working because there is a variable not being passed to sage pay servers and i have located the variable. There is vendor name missing and that what creates the error and stop the correct processing."

Jimmy was very helpful in trying to locate the problem but was unable to do so in the time I had and so therefore closed the ticket, but I now have the code that the new developer sent me which I can post if a new support ticket is opened, obviously it would be better for me if this can be resolved.

Many Thanks
