Cross Site Scripting issues

I opened the page /bookstore/iwas/index.php.

I looked at the action field.

It says:
<?php echo $_SERVER["PHP_SELF"]; ?><?php echo (isset($_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"]) && $_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"] != "")?"?".$_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"]:""; ?>

On the Server Behaviors tab, it says: Dynamic Attribute (and the information above).

I don't know what to do.
