Still no Edit for me

I'm using Windows 7 - 64 bit, CSS Menu Writer version 1.0.4, in Dreamweaver CS3.
Turned on ALL invisible items (getting desperate) and Check ALL Visual Aids (except background). Shut it all down and rebooted, opened it again and still no scrolly to click on.
In the coding for the section that holds the menu there is no script, it just starts with <ul class="level-0" id="cssmw">. All the script for the menu is in the header. HELP, really do not want to recreate this thing just to make minor changes.
