CSS Menu Writer 2.0.3

Here is the problem that I am having. I am trying to apply the same CSS Menu to the same website. The majority of the pages of the site are located NOT in the webroot. They are located in the directory called Business. Only Contact Us form is located in the webroot.

On the main Home Page I pointed to the Contact Us form by using the complete hosting server path e.g href="http://..."> and

On the main Contact Us page I pointed to the Home Page by using the complete hosting server path e.g href="http://...">

They both load -- but when the Home Page is loaded it indicated Contact Us page as "current" by the color that I have assigned for current. When the Contact Us Form is loaded both the Home Page and the Contact Us page are showing as current. I know that if I have put all the files in the webroot -- everything will work fine or if I did not need any server side -- everything also will work well.

Q1: How do I make sure that only one page is shown as current?

Q2: How do I apply the same CSS Menu Write in a diferent environment?

I just find out now that the Contact Us page is not loading properly, it is like it is not even seeing the menu.css. When I tested yesterday it loaded fine -- why would it load correctly yesterday and loaded different today??? Or could it just be my work place network that is not allowing server side to load correctly???
