Is CSS Sculptors able to export to WordPress or Joomla Themes?

When you use CSS Sculptor you will get a site that is based on standard DWT template files, images, and css. If you can apply templates to your blog that you setup then you should be able to do all that you have described. If you are not able to style your blog with a template or traditional css and html then you will not be able to use CSS Sculptor with it.
