I want to buy PowerCMS but have some questions

I've tried to locate some basic information on this product via your sales link, but haven't had much luck. What I would like to know is:

1. Can I build a site first and then build the cms portion(s) after that? My reason for asking is because we have quite a few sites that we have built that we would like to incorporate PowerCMS to.

2. Is there a discount for purchasing multiple licenses?

3. are there any hosting restrictions, or security programming issues or concerns? - we host a lot of our site (100 + sites) on godaddy.

4. Can I add / control any portion of my site or just text areas or just photo areas?

5. Does the site have to be build with css, or templates, or both

6. Can I build a custom site and then control the content via PowerCMS?

Thanks

Erick
