in the menu.css, the paths ffor the background images use file system paths

the image path should be relative:
background-image: url("../cssmw_home_images/overlay_both.png");

For the contact form, make sure you have the correct SMTP server specified. make sure the From address is an address from your domein., Also, do not set the from display name.

If these things are set correctly, contact the host to have them look into the smtp server error logs to determine why the mail is not being relayed.
