Do you have any screen shots that you can post back with so that we have a visual reference for the issue you are experiencing? One thing you should try is reloading the files except for the connection folder. Leave the connection folder on the server then re-upload all of the other files to ensure that it is not a problem with the files not being there. If you continue to have this problem please post back and include some screen shots so we can see what you are getting.
