site sculpture footer problem

Hi:
I have been searching the message boards for an answer but I cannot seem to finds it.
Here is my problem - I created a template in Dreamweaver CS3 and created my CMS site.

I noticed that even though I created a footer region, I cannot edit content into this editable region or reduce the size of the links inserted in this region by sitesculpture.
How do I adjust the menu options in the footer to be smaller?
Also when I select the link to external site - nothing happens.

Here is the URL to see what I have.
castlemore/
the temporary username and password are savings

I looked through my server files generated by site sculpture but I really don't know which css file it is I am suppose to be looking far and what field.
