ecart 4 vs ecart 5

ecart 4 vs ecart 5

At this point I am thinking about upgrading from ecart 4 to ecart5. I am noticing that clients do not want to pay the monthly fee for pppro. My criteria for updating (I do like the new features) is:
If a client has pp standard, on the eCart checkout Wizard, does it allow me to set up for express pay. Express Pay will allow the client to go back to the site so that the db tables are updated. In eCart4 if I pic pp standard, there is no option for setting up pp express, I would have to do this with much labor.
If eCart5 has the ability to set up pp standard express pay, I would buy it. Please let me know, since it is on sale until the 16th.
Thank you,
