Hi Eric, can you help with this?

I should have been more specific: This is the chart to use: Standard+Post.htm and it's the "Zone 1 - Ireland & NI" and only the "Parcel" Column I am concerned with.
Basically I want something like this, but can't get it to work myself:

Totalweight of cart <= 1kg the cost should be &#8364;6.50
Totalweight of cart <= 2kg the cost should be &#8364;7.50
Totalweight of cart <= 2.5kg the cost should be &#8364;8.70
Totalweight of cart <= 3kg the cost should be &#8364;9.80
Totalweight of cart <= 3.5kg the cost should be &#8364;11
Totalweight of cart <= 4kg the cost should be &#8364;12
and for every kilo after that, it's an extra &#8364;1
