The cart is already set to Sessions, NOT Cookies.

** EDIT ** We rebuilt the cart and it does seem to work fine now.

** Note, after success getting the eCart working correctly, we noticed there is an issue with the authorize.net payment gateway that doesn't allow more than 30 items to go through during payment processing.
