query from a complete PW3 rookie

Hi gang. I have PowerStore3 and MySQL connected up on my FreeBSD VPS.
We are using BBEdit and Dreamweaver CS4 (from Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium CS4).

Is there a default .HTM file (and a CSS file) that are used for when one looks at the basic install,

Currently, my login takes me to <https://www.antimall.org/antiMall/PowerStore300/Admin/home.php>.

Where would a "skin" or "entry" file get inserted and with what base file links?
Where would the all-site CSS file go?

I am about to install all my SuperSuite, subscription, and extra-PowerStore files, and wish to know where my stylistic and structural focus is to be.
