not all pages showing in the admin area

Based on your screen shots it seems to me that their might be a problem with the content on one of these pages that you see in the list that is preventing the others from showing. A good test of this would be to setup a new testing PowerCMS that has only simple text for the content of the various pages. You should add in as many pages as you have in the non working one then test it in IE8. Please post back with the results that you get when you try it like this. If the problem is with some of the content on one of the pages the page will need to be identified and the content updated to account for this.
