Hi Eric, No I don't get a error, the time list is placed in a list when you insert Form Builder wile it must be placed in a menu to work proper, that's what I try to say.
I only used the editor to modify I understand the principle.
Then when you insert "Sharp" Contact/Appointment Request there is no way to change the button value which says Submit on the preview and Appointment Request in the editor!?
I got lot's of java script error messages and when I answered YES one time the whole form was gone.
After that I rebooted and inserted the "Sharp" Contact/Appointment Request and instead of white it was purple. So I stopped that session.
This is all on a Windows 7 64 bits computer. After this weekend I will give it a try on a Vista 32 and report the findings.
