Where to start! Bit of advice needed

Hi,
I have a client who has an antique shop.

He wants a site developing where he can use a CMS to add products and a downloadable pdf with details of each item.

He does not want to process sales on-line, just supply details of the items.

He likes PowerGallery effects and would like a page to appear with one photo of the item, but PowerGallery to kick in when that photo is clicked on.

No registration of customers is needed, but an email enquiry form is needed.

Client would need to upload photos of items to site, have a brief description of the item, and then a downloadable pdf with more details for each item.

As with the PowerStore the ability to add a category and an item within and have the menu update is needed.

My question is am I best starting from scratch using the extensions, modify a PowerStore or use SiteSculptor.

How does PowerGallery work with each of these products.

What's my best starting point?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Mark
