DataAssist Search is not pulling anything back

DataAssist Search is not pulling anything back

I hope someone can help us with this:

We have created a basic search function pulling from one RecordSet (in the bindings). We created our Results page, then used the Search Wizard to create the "Search" function. When we test the Results Page, all records are there however, when we try to run a search, we get nothing, no errors, just the same screen showing the search field and search box. We have tried this process many times, started on a local host, thought that may have been a problem, but now trying "live" without luck on either.

Can anyone help, this seems to be pretty simple, we've done it many many times on other accounts.

Thanks,

Jackie

I've attached the files but please also review:
a_search.php
a_results.php These are the results that should appear but are not.
