DataAssist Javascript and Wizard Errors

I am using DataAssist to create an db admin console using ASP. When I choose show all records from the recordset paging options, it doesnt seem to recognize that, and then, when I go to create the pages, I get a plethora of javascript errors such as this:

The Move To First Record script does not define the findServerBehaviors function
The Move To Previous Record script does not define the findServerBehaviors function
The Move To Next Record script does not define the findServerBehaviors function
The Move To Last Record script does not define the findServerBehaviors function
The Show If RS Is Not Empty script does not define the findServerBehaviors function

and so on and so forth for a set of buttons I didnt want in there in the first place. And then, whenever I go to edit or upload the page, the scripts need to prompt me again to remind me of these errors.

Can an admin tell me what the bleep is going on here and how do I fix it.

I am using version 2.0.5
