Auto login and cookies toolkit

For auto login to function, there needs to be an extra authenticate user behavior on the page that set to trigger if the cookies are set and set to use the cookie values.

The authenticate User behavior that is built into Dreamweaver is limited in that it can only be triggered on a form post, and can only use Form values for the login.

The Dreamweaver Authenticate user behavior will not support Auto Login.
