Done That

hi there, thanks for the reply.
I've done that, works great, the form remembers me but maybe i misunderstood the idea of "Auto Login".
What I am trying to do is something like this.

1. a user login filling the login form (checking the remember me checkbox)
2. after a while, in case the user close the page or the browser, he opens the login page again and automatically the page remembers him and redirect him to the homepage in the protected area skipping the login page. Any suggestions?

I am trying adding a page before the login that checks if the username session is the same as the username cookie, if there is a match it redirects to the protected area, or, in case it does not match, it will redirect to the login page. But I am wondering how to make it work with different level of access. Any help will be appreciated.
