Auto login and cookies toolkit

hi there,
Just purchased the extension and I a really happy about it but I can't quite figure out how to allow my users to "auto login".
In the Cookies toolkit extensions homepage it states:
"Do you need to set PHP web cookies for your website? If so then you have come to the right place! With Cookies Toolkit, Dreamweaver users can quickly implement web cookies to personalize and enhance a site visitor’s experience. Implement the popular “Auto Login” and “Remember Me” cookies, and more!"
Rest assumed that I am not that familiar with cookies and I couldn't find any tutorial or documentation on how to implement the popular "Auto Login" with this extension without the Security Assist (which at the moment is out of reach for me).
Any suggestions?
