problems getting site sculptor to work

Hi,
I purchased “Site Sculptor” and installed it via extension manager, However when I clicked the create new site sculptor site, via the Web assist button on Dreamweaver cs5 v.11, a notice appeared informing me I needed to create a new blank page before we could continue (this I did) after clicking again to start a new “Site Sculptor site a blank interface appeared, it had Site Sculptor on the top left so we were, where we need to be, but it stopped there and nothing else happened, (I think a list of site templates should have appeared) after a while I checked using Task Manager and was informed the programs where not responding and I had to close them down
From the common Installation Issues I Went in and removed the “Winfilecashe.data” file, when attempting a new site again, the following had not happened in previous attempts, a Web Assist sign appeared confirming a valid license/serial number but at this point the programs again stopped responding, I uninstalled and reinstalled the extension, then again removed the “Winfilecashe.data” but the same result as previous it confirmed the valid license but stopped responding at that point.
Your assistance in finding out what is wrong and putting me on the correct path would be much appreciated.
Regards Dave Steele.
