OK, so i made it easier.
you still need to edit the php manually, (though some judicious tweaking of the template makes this easy).
Here is a form to insert multiple rows to your cms table.
No CSS, just plain vanilla, but it works, (as long as you have dataassist)
Hope it helps somebody, image attached showing example of how form should be completed, but refer to your own table for clarity.
Obviously, you can add more rows as required and tweak the page to your needs
