Best way to combine PowerStore 3 and third party CSS templates?

anything can be changed depending on your ability

Understood, which is why I'm asking about canned tools (my ability is not quite there yet). :P

I'm an aircraft engineer by day with some basic experience in programming, and just dabbling in web design as sort of a hobby interest for now as a stepping stone to launching an engineering business and supporting a wholesale for now, I prefer the packaged solutions which allow me to dabble without actually becoming an expert.

I went ahead and bought Theme It a while ago to get started on modifying my Powerstore, and if it goes well, then I may add on CSS Sculptor and Site Sculpture later to build up some new sites.
