Lost password not being sent

Lost password not being sent

I set up the user registration information using the SecurityAssist wizard. Everything works with the exception of the lost password.

You enter your email address on the users_EmailPW.php page, hit the send button, there is apparent success, and you get redirected to the login page as you should. The problem is that the email doesn't arrive.

The email for a lost password is being sent from the same address that the contact form email is sent from and the emails from the contact form are being sent and received, so I don't think it has anything to do with the email address.

Any ideas?
