Checkout and Country.

Hi,

I am creating my store www.clearancehq.com.au and need to know how i can change the country in log in details to australian states as it only have us states. Also need to know because i am accepting different payment methods i cannot add the feature use paypal only etc as i would like to send a invoice upon purchase. I have turned the payment gateway off and when i test it and press confirm order it just stays on that same page but i still get the email. Can i create a thankyou page or order confirmed page. If so how do i do this?
